Joe Rudolph
Joe Rudolph is the offensive line coach at Virginia Tech. Rudolph also serves as the run game coordinator for the Hokies under first-year coach Brent Pry. Prior to this position he was the associate head coach, offensive coordinator, and offensive line coach at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. Before his time at Wisconsin, he was the interim head coach and offensive coordinator of the University of Pittsburgh Panthers football team. He is a former guard in the National Football League for both the San Francisco 49ers and the Philadelphia Eagles. Biography Rudolph was born on July 21, 1972 in Charleroi, Pennsylvania. and is married to Dawn DeCaria Rudolph of Weirton, West Virginia. Together they have three sons. The Virginia Tech Hokies football team represents Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in the sport of American football. Brenton James Pry (born April 1, 1970) is an American football coach and former player who is currently the head coach at Virginia Tech. Paul Chryst
Paul Joseph Chryst (born November 17, 1965) is a former American football head coach and former player. He was most recently the head football coach for the Wisconsin Badgers. Chryst was the head coach at the University of Pittsburgh from 2012 to 2014. Prior to his head coaching career, Chryst had previously been the offensive coordinator at Wisconsin from 2005 through 2011. He also served in the same capacity at Oregon State University and was an assistant coach for the San Diego Chargers of the National Football League. The 2015 Armed Forces Bowl was an American college football bowl game that was played on January 2, 2015, at Amon G. Carter Stadium on the campus of Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas. The twelfth annual Armed Forces Bowl, it matched the Houston Cougars of the American Athletic Conference against the Pittsburgh Panthers of the Atlantic Coast Conference. The game began at 11:00 a.m. CST and aired on ESPN. It was one of the 2014–15 bowl games that concluded the 2014 FBS football season. The bowl was the first to be sponsored by aerospace and defense company Lockheed Martin (which has two of its divisions headquartered in the DFW area); as such, for sponsorship purposes the game was officially known as the Lockheed Martin Armed Forces Bowl. The 2014 Pittsburgh Panthers football team represented the University of Pittsburgh in the 2014 NCAA Division I FBS football season. In gridiron football, a guard (G), otherwise known as an offensive guard (OG), is a player who lines up between the center and the tackles on the offensive line of a football team on the line of scrimmage used primarily for blocking.
