Joe Clancy
Joseph Patrick Clancy (born October 28, 1990) is a former American football quarterback and current Quarterback Coach at Merrimack College. He played college football at Merrimack College. Early life A three-sport letterman at Newburyport High School in Newburyport, Massachusetts, Clancy played football, basketball and baseball for the Clippers. He was named a Boston Globe All-Scholastic in both football and baseball his senior year. College career Clancy continued his football career at Merrimack College in North Andover, Massachusetts. Clancy redshirted his freshman year for the Warriors. 2010 Season Appeared in seven games passing for 466 yards and three touchdowns. 2011 Season Played in all 10 games, completing 53 of 83 passes for 781 yards and seven touchdowns. 2012 Season After splitting time at Quarterback the previous season, Clancy entered 2012 as the sole starter and emerged as one of the best players in the country. The Las Vegas Outlaws were a professional Arena Football League (AFL) team based in Las Vegas, Nevada. They played in the AFL's National Conference West Division in 2015. The franchise was recently owned by Vince Neil, lead singer for Mötley Crüe and former minority owner of the Jacksonville Sharks. The Boston Brawlers were a professional American football team based in Boston, Massachusetts. The team was based at Harvard Stadium in Cambridge, Massachusetts as the Boston Brawlers, and were a charter member of the Fall Experimental Football League (FXFL), which tried to become the developmental league for the National Football League. Their primary colors were red, midnight blue and white, similar to Major League Baseball's Boston Red Sox, and its logo featured a mustachioed, bare-fisted boxer. Fall Experimental Football League
The Fall Experimental Football League (FXFL) was a professional football minor league that played two seasons in 2014 and 2015. This league's stated goal was to become a professional feeder-system for the National Football League (NFL). The league claimed 44 out of 126 players ended up on NFL rosters. After the FXFL ceased operations, FXFL founder and CEO Brian Woods made another attempt at an NFL feeder-system by creating The Spring League in 2017. Woods and the FXFL were subject to lawsuit after folding, claiming he did not pay players, assistant coaches, cheerleaders and officials.
