Joanna Jesh Transport Corporation (JJT) is one of the largest city bus companies in the Philippines. It plies routes from Food Terminal Incorporates (FTI Complex) in Taguig to Navotas. Etymology Joanna Jesh Transport was taken from the names Joanna and Jessa. The eldest was said to be named Joanna Marie de Guzman Mahilac, while the second one was Jessa de Guzman Mahilac. These were the daughters of Crisinciano E. Mahilac, sole founder and owner of the company. History Founded in 2003 by Crisinciano E. The Volvo B7RLE is a low-entry single-deck bus chassis manufactured by Volvo. It was superseded by the Volvo B8RLE in 2013. Specifications The Volvo B7RLE is similar to its predecessor, the B10BLE. In essence the B7RLE is the front section of the B7L chassis mated with the rear section of the B7R chassis. Originally, the B7RLE featured the D7C 6-cylinder, 7.3-litre diesel engine with a turbocharger and intercooler, producing 250 or 275 bhp and meeting the Euro III incentive emission standard. This was replaced by the 7.1-litre Volvo D7E engine producing 290 bhp, to Euro III/Euro IV/Euro V incentive emission standards. The Volvo B7R is a coach chassis available with a range of bodies. It is promoted as a rear engined lightweight coach chassis. It is primarily intended for tourist and long-distance duties. B7R is also manufactured in China, Brazil, Hungary, India and Iran for use in regional transport services. B7R is powered by Volvo D7E (previously D7A, D7B and D7C) six-cylinder diesel engine with turbocharger and intercooler.
