Jiuxian, Beijing
Jiuxian Town (), is a town in the Yanqing District of Beijing. It shares border with Houcheng Town in its north, Xiangying Township and Yongning Town in its east, Shenjiaying Town in its south, and Zhangshanying Town in its west. In 2020, it was home to 17,676 inhabitants. The name Jiuxian is referring to the town's past status as the county center of Yanqing. It used to be the county seat of Jinshan County (缙山, later renamed to Longqing County and then Yanqing County) until 1316. Geography Jiuxian Town is bounded by a collection of mountains along its northern boundary with Houcheng, Hebei. Bayu Road passes through the southeast of the town. Zhangshanying
Zhangshanying Town () is a town in the Yanqing District of Beijing. It shares border with Dahaituo Township in the north, Jiuxian and Shenjiaying Towns in the east, Yanqing Town in the south, and Beixinpu Town in the west. As of 2020, Zhangshanying had a population of 24,249. Its name Zhangshanying () orginated in 1644, when Li Zicheng stationed his troops in Zhang Mountain after he entered Beijing. Inside the area of the town is the Guyaju Caves and the nearby village of Dongmenying; also within the area of the town is the West Dazhuangke village, the host settlement of the Yanqing cluster of 2022 Winter Olympics. Shenjiaying
Shenjiaying Town () is a town in the Yanqing District of Beijing. It shares border with Zhangshanying and Jiuxian Towns in the north, Yongning Town in the east, Jingzhuang and Dayushu Towns in the south, and Yanqing Town in the west. In 2020, it was home to 16,661. Yongning, Beijing
Yongning Town () is a town in the Yanqing District of Beijing. It is a small town in rural Beijing but has a long history as an economic and military center. A government initiative in the 2000s to rehabilitate the town has restored its architectural landmarks. It is located to the south of Xiangying and Liubinbao Townships, west of Sihai and Jiuduhe Towns, north of Dazhuangke Township and Jingzhuang Town, and east of Shenjiaying and Jiuxian Towns.
