Jina Osothsilp
Jina Osothsilp ( th, จินา โอสถศิลป์) is a Thai film studio executive. She serves as CEO of GDH 559, one of Thailand's largest film studios, as well as its predecessor GMM Tai Hub (GTH). Jina graduated from the Faculty of Communication Arts at Chulalongkorn University, and began working in the advertising industry. She joined Jira Maligool's production company Hub Ho Hin Bangkok in 1991, and helped found GTH, a joint venture between Hub Ho Hin, GMM Pictures GMM Grammy Public Company Limited ( th, จีเอ็มเอ็ม แกรมมี่ or G"MM' Grammy) is the largest media conglomerate entertainment company in Thailand. GDH 559 Co., Ltd. ( th, บริษัท จีดีเอช ห้าห้าเก้า จำกัด), usually known as GDH, is a film studio subsidiary to the Thai entertainment conglomerate GMM Grammy. It was founded on 5 January 2016 as a successor to GMM Tai Hub (GTH) — Thailand's most successful film studio of the prior 11 years — which had been dissolved in 31 December 2015 due to internal conflicts between the company's three major shareholders — GMM Grammy, and Hub Ho Hin. GDH had released films of various genres such as romance, comedy, horror and drama as well as the hit film ''Bad Genius''. GMM Tai Hub or GTH ( th, จีเอ็มเอ็ม ไท หับ or จีทีเอช) was a former film studio of the Thai entertainment conglomerate GMM Grammy. It was formed in 2003 by a merger between GMM Pictures, Tai Entertainment, and Hub Ho Hin Film following the box-office success of the childhood romantic comedy, ''Fan Chan'', which the three companies had produced. GTH was dissolved on 31 December 2015 due to internal conflicts. It was succeeded by GDH 559. Jira Maligool ( th, จิระ มะลิกุล; ; born 1961) is a Thai film director, screenwriter and producer. He has directed three films, ''Mekhong Full Moon Party'', ''The Tin Mine'' and ''Seven Something'' (part 42.195), and was the screenwriter behind the international hit, ''The Iron Ladies''. Biography Early career Born in Thailand in 1961, Jira graduated in 1983 from Chulalongkorn University Faculty of Communication Arts, where he majored in film and photography. Hub Ho Hin Bangkok Co., Ltd. ( th, หับโห้หิ้น บางกอก) is a Thai media company, working in advertising and filmmaking.
