Jim "Jay" Washington (October 13, 1951 – June 24, 2018) was an American professional football player who played as a running back for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers. The Winnipeg Blue Bombers are a professional Canadian football team based in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The Blue Bombers compete in the Canadian Football League (CFL) as a member club of the league's West division. They play their home games at IG Field. The Saskatchewan Roughriders are a professional Canadian football team based in Regina, Saskatchewan. The Eddie James Memorial Trophy is a Canadian Football League trophy, awarded to the leading rusher in the West Division. Unlike other CFL trophies, there is no equivalent for the East Division.
