Jim Ollom
James Donald Ollom (born July 8, 1945) is a former Major League Baseball player from Snohomish, Washington who pitched for the Minnesota Twins in 1966-1967. Ollom was originally signed by the New York Yankees as an amateur free agent prior to the 1963 season. In 1966 he won 20 games for the Denver Bears of the Pacific Coast League The Pacific Coast League (PCL) is a Minor League Baseball league that operates in the Western United States. In baseball, the pitcher is the player who throws ("pitches") the baseball from the pitcher's mound toward the catcher to begin each play, with the goal of retiring a batter, who attempts to either make contact with the pitched ball or draw a walk.
