Jieshou Park
Jieshou Park () is an urban type park in Zhongzheng District, Taipei, Taiwan. Features The park features the statue of Lin Sen, the former President of the Republic of China. And in the west side of the park, there is a Memorial to the Victims of the White Terror. History The site of which Jieshou Park located was the former site of San-Jun basketball court (三軍球場) and sport venue of Taipei First Girls' High School. The park urban planning release date is May the forth, 1956, designed number is no. 71, Zhongzheng. In 1964, the park finished and open to the public. Due to the location is just beside the Jieshou Road (now is Ketagalan Boulevard), so the park was named Jieshou park. The name of the park Jieshou means celebrating Chiang Kai-shek birthday in Mandarin, which the officials want to please the president Chiang Kai-shek. Chiang Kai-shek
Chiang Kai-shek (31 October 1887 – 5 April 1975), also known as Chiang Chung-cheng and Jiang Jieshi, was a Chinese Nationalist politician, revolutionary, and military leader who served as the leader of the Republic of China (ROC) from 1928 to his death in 1975 – until 1949 in mainland China and from then on in Taiwan. Taipei Mass Rapid Transit (MRT), branded as Metro Taipei, is a rapid transit system serving the areas of Taipei and New Taipei City, New Taipei in Taiwan, operated by the State-owned enterprise, government-owned Taipei Rapid Transit Corporation, which also operates the Maokong Gondola. National Taiwan University Hospital () is a metro station in Taipei, Taiwan served by Taipei Metro. Station overview The station is a two-level, underground station with an island platform. Zhang Qun
Zhang Qun or Chang Ch'ün (; May 9, 1889 – December 14, 1990) also known as Zhang Yuejun (張岳軍), was premier of the Republic of China and a prominent member of the Kuomintang. He served as secretary general to the President of the Republic from 1954 to 1972 and senior advisor to Presidents Chiang Kai-shek, Yen Chia-kan, Chiang Ching-kuo, and Lee Teng-hui. Under the influence of his wife, Ma Yu-ying, he became a Christian in the 1930s. Education and early career Born in the Huayang County (now part of Shuangliu County), Sichuan province, Chang was admitted in 1906 to the Baoding Military Academy, just southwest of Beijing. Kabayama Sukenori

He was a general in the Imperial Japanese Army and an admiral in the Imperial Japanese Navy. He later became the first Japanese Governor-General of Taiwan during the island's period as a Japanese colony. He is also sometimes referred to as Kabayama Motonori. Ketagalan Boulevard () is an arterial road in Zhongzheng District in Taipei, Taiwan, between the Presidential Office Building and the .
