Jett Kenny
Jett Kenny (born 1994) is an Australian ironman, model and television personality. The son of ironman Grant Kenny and competitive swimmer Lisa Curry, Kenny has competed in professional surf lifesaving competitions since the age of six. In 2016, Kenny was signed to Vivien's Models. In 2018, Kenny competed in the Nine Network's ''Australian Ninja Warrior'' and was one of eight celebrities to appear on the Seven Network's ''The Real Full Monty''. In 2019, Kenny competed in Network Ten's ''Dancing with the Stars'', where he placed fourth. It was announced in 2021 that Kenny would be part of the SAS TV show. Personal life Kenny prompted some public debate about parental discipline in 2018 after posting a video to his Instagram account of a misbehaving child in a doctor's waiting room with the caption "give your kid a goddam smack". Grant Kenny
Grant Hayden Kenny OAM (born 14 June 1963) is an Australian former Ironman, surf lifesaver and canoeist. Career Kenny made headlines in 1980 when, as a 16-year-old, he won both the Australian Junior and Open Iron Man Championship on the same day. Kenny then won the Australian Open Ironman Title for the following three years. He also became a household name in Australia due to his sponsorship deals with Kelloggs Nutri-Grain, and appeared in television commercials for the cereal. After turning his attention to kayaks in the mid-1980s, Kenny later became an important figure in creating the Uncle Toby's Super Series, which was a ground-breaking professional Iron Man circuit that lasted for 12 years. Catherine Jane Caro (born 24 June 1957) is a feminist social commentator, writer and lecturer based in Australia. Early life and education Caro was born in London in 1957 and emigrated to Australia with her parents as a five-year-old in 1963. She attended Macquarie University, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts with a major in English literature in 1977.
