Jerzy Bińczycki
Jerzy Bińczycki (6 September 1937 – 2 October 1998) was a Polish stage and film actor. He appeared in 50 films between 1962 and 1998. He starred in the 1975 film ''Nights and Days'', which was entered into the 26th Berlin International Film Festival. Bińczycki was awarded the Officer's Cross of the Order of Polonia Restituta in 1989. He is buried at the Rakowicki Cemetery in Kraków. Kraków
Kraków (), or Cracow, is the second-largest and one of the oldest cities in Poland. Situated on the Vistula River in Lesser Poland Voivodeship, the city dates back to the seventh century. The Quack
The Quack ( pl, Znachor) is a 1982 Polish drama film directed by Jerzy Hoffman. The screenplay was written based on the novel by Tadeusz Dołęga-Mostowicz written in 1937. The first adaptation of the book was filmed the same year the book was written ( ''The Quack'', directed by Michał Waszyński). The film was shot near Bielsk Podlaski. Plot Professor Rafał Wilczur (Jerzy Bińczycki) was a successful surgeon in Poland in the early 20th century, whose wife leaves him with their small daughter for another man. Wilczur meets a man named Samuel who asks Wilczur to help him financially. The two men go to a bar and get drunk. Wilczur gets robbed and beaten up and loses his memory after hitting his head.
