Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah
Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah (born November 4, 1999) is an American football linebacker for the Cleveland Browns of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Notre Dame, where he won the Butkus Award and was named the ACC Defensive Player of the Year and a unanimous All-American as a senior in 2020. Owusu-Koramoah was drafted by the Browns in the second round of the 2021 NFL Draft. Early life and high school Owusu-Koramoah grew up in Hampton, Virginia,and attended Bethel High School. He is of Ghanaian descent through his father Andrew, who met his wife Beverly in England, before moving to Virginia in 1998. The 2017 Notre Dame Fighting Irish football team represented the University of Notre Dame in the 2017 NCAA Division I FBS football season. The team was coached by Brian Kelly and played its home games at Notre Dame Stadium in South Bend, Indiana. They competed as an independent. They finished the season 10–3, an impressive turnaround from the season before, where the Irish finished with their worst record since 2007.
