Jenny Silver
Jenny Maria Öhlund, better known as Jenny Silver (born January 22, 1974), is a Swedish singer. Career Jenny Silver started her career in the dance band Candela, which was signed to Bert Karlsson's label, Mariann Grammofon, from 1991 to 1997. Candela made it big in 1994 with a string of hit songs that also reached the Svensktoppen charts. Then known as Jenny Öhlund, she was named the "Queen of Dance Bands" and was named by the media as "the next Lotta Engberg". Silver has also sung in the rock band Holden, which was signed to Dead Frog Records, and has been in collaborations with Totta Näslund. Releasing her solo album ''Lyckling'' in 1997 with Andersson Records, she toured as duet partner with actor Thorsten Flinck, and she also landed the leading roles in the Swedish versions of the musicals, ''Evita'' and '' Jesus Christ Superstar''. Ängelholm
Ängelholm is a locality and the seat of Ängelholm Municipality in Skåne, Sweden with 39,612 inhabitants in 2010. History The old settlement ''Rynestad'' was mentioned around the year 1600. The city was founded in 1516 as Engelholm by King Christian II of Denmark, who moved the settlement from Luntertun on the coast because it was difficult to defend. As a founder, King Christian II personally identified the boundaries of the new city, granting the city a charter in 1516. At Luntertun there is only a church garden left today. The town remained small for centuries. Following the Treaty of Roskilde in 1658, Ängelholm, together with the rest of Skåne, was assigned by Denmark to Sweden. "God Save the Queen" is a song by the English punk rock band the Sex Pistols. It was released as the band's second single and was later included on their only studio album, '' Never Mind the Bollocks, Here's the Sex Pistols''. Slagthuset
Slagthuset was opened at the beginning of the 1990s as an office and entertainment complex in Nyhamnen in Malmö consisting of an office hotel, office premises, theater, discotheque and restaurant. The name comes from the fact that the main building in the years 1904-69 was a municipal slaughterhouse. The building complex was designed by the city architect in Malmö Salomon Sörensen. The thirteen-storey office building, "Malmö Slagthus", which was completed in 1993, is part of the Slagthus complex. The architect for the high-rise building and the rebuilding of the slaughterhouse was Ahlsén & Lindström architects. Timo Räisänen
Timo Räisänen (born 25 July 1979) is a Swedish musician. He has been part of Håkan Hellström's band, and has also played in the band Her Majesty. In 2004, he started his solo career. Räisänen was born in Gothenburg, Sweden. His mother was born in India, the daughter of an Anglo-Indian mother and a Swedish father. His father was of Finnish descent but was brought up in Brazil. Universal Poplab was a Swedish synth-pop band founded in January 2002 by vocalist Christer Lundberg and producer Paul Lachenardière. The band's two members have very different backgrounds: Christer is an old-school synth-pop fan, influenced by acts like Soft Cell and Yazoo, Paul is a classically trained musician with roots in jazz, electronica, trance and techno.
