Jenny Anderson Horne (born October 12, 1972) is an American attorney and politician who served as a member of the South Carolina House of Representatives from 2009 to 2017. She is a Republican. Heyward Hutson (born January 24, 1936) is an American politician and retired military officer who served in the South Carolina House of Representatives from 1993 to 1996 and again from 2007 to 2008.
