Jennine Detiveaux
Jennine Detiveaux (née Duncan, born 12 November 1993) is an American rugby union player. She is a Winger for the United States and for Exeter Chiefs in the Premier 15s. Rugby career Detiveaux played college softball at East Tennessee State, she discovered rugby after moving to Seattle and playing for the Seattle Saracens. Detiveaux made her international debut for the Eagles against England in November 2018. In July 2022, She was one of four Eagles who extended their contracts with Exeter Chiefs for a third season. Detiveaux played in a warm-up match against Scotland ahead of the World Cup, the Eagles won the hard-fought match 21–17. Detiveaux was selected in the Eagles squad for the 2021 Rugby World Cup in New Zealand. She was named in the starting line-up against Italy in their opening match. Exeter Chiefs Women
Exeter Chiefs Women are a professional women's rugby union team based in Exeter, Devon, England. They were founded in 2019 to take part in the Premier 15s, the top level of English women's rugby. They are based at Sandy Park and are affiliated to Premiership Rugby's Exeter Chiefs. The side is coached by Head Coach, Susie Appleby. Kate Zackary and Poppy Leitch operate as co-captains of the side. Creation The creation of Exeter Chiefs Women was announced in September 2019 with former England women's national rugby union team players Susie Appleby and Amy Garnett announced as their first coaches. Exeter Chiefs announced they would be spending £500,000 to set up the women's team ahead of a scheduled audit of the Premier 15s by the Rugby Football Union (RFU) in the hopes they would be able to apply for a place in the league. Japan Women's National Rugby Union Team
The Japan women's national rugby union team (, nicknamed Sakura Fifteen) are a national sporting side of Japan, representing them at rugby union. The side first played in 1991. History Japan made their international debut at the 1991 Women's Rugby World Cup. Since then, Japan has appeared at three other editions of the World Cup in 1994, 2002 and 2017. The team has won the Asia Rugby Women's Championship in 2015, 2016 and 2017. Japan qualified for the 2021 Rugby World Cup in New Zealand after a revision of Asia's qualification was made due to the global pandemic. As Asia's highest ranked team they qualified automatically for the tournament. In November 2021, Japan toured Europe and played test matches against Ireland, Scotland and Wales.
