Jennifer Harß
Jennifer Sandra "Jenny" Harß (also anglicised Harss; born 14 July 1987) is a German ice hockey coach and retired goaltender for the German national ice hockey team. A two-time Olympian, she represented Germany at the Winter Olympic Games in 2006 and 2014. During her club career, she tended goal in the German Women's Ice Hockey Bundesliga (DFEL), the men's Oberliga, the men's Bayernliga, and with the Minnesota Duluth Bulldogs women's ice hockey program in the NCAA Division I. Harß has coached the German women's national under-16 team since 2022. Playing career Harß began playing ice hockey at age four in the minor ice hockey department of EV Füssen in her hometown of Füssen, Bavaria. Her national league career began in the 2004–05 season of the German national under-18 and under-20 men's leagues with the junior ice hockey teams of EV Füssen. Füssen
Füssen is a town in Bavaria, Germany, in the district of Ostallgäu, situated one kilometre from the Austrian border. The town is known for violin manufacturing and as the closest transportation hub for the Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau castles. As of , the town has a population of . 2006 Winter Olympics
The 2006 Winter Olympics, officially the XX Olympic Winter Games ( it, XX Giochi olimpici invernali) and also known as Torino 2006, were a winter multi-sport event held from 10 to 26 February 2006 in Turin, Italy. This marked the second time Italy had hosted the Winter Olympics, the first being in 1956 in Cortina d'Ampezzo; Italy had also hosted the Summer Olympics in 1960 in Rome. Turin was selected as the host city for the 2006 Games in June 1999. The official motto of Torino 2006 was "Passion lives here". The Games' logo depicted a stylized profile of the Mole Antonelliana building, drawn in white and blue ice crystals, signifying the snow and the sky. The crystal web was also meant to portray the web of new technologies and the Olympic spirit of community. Captain (ice Hockey)
In ice hockey, the captain is the player designated by a team as the only person authorized to speak with the game officials regarding rule interpretations when the captain is on the ice. At most levels of play each team must designate one captain and a number of alternate captains (usually two or three) who speak to the officials when the captain is on the bench. Captains wear a "C" on their sweaters, while alternate captains wear an "A". Officially captains have no other responsibility or authority, although they may, depending on the league or individual team, have various informal duties, such as participation in pre-game ceremonies or other events outside the game. Kim Martin
Kim Kristine Martin Hasson (born 28 February 1986) is a retired Swedish goaltender, currently working in the Linköping HC organization. With the Swedish national team she won two Olympic medals, bronze in 2002 and silver in 2006, and two IIHF World Women's Championships bronze medals, in 2005 and 2007. Martin Hasson played in the SDHL with AIK and Linköping HC, in the Russian Women's Hockey League with Tornado Dmitrov, in the NCAA Division I with the Minnesota-Duluth Bulldogs, in the J20 SuperElit with the Malmö Redhawks’ junior men's team, and in the ''J18 Allsvenskan'' with Hammarby IF's junior men's team.
