Jennie Lena
Jennie Willemstijn (born 1 December 1977), known by her stage name of Jennie Lena, is a Dutch singer and songwriter. Early life Lena was born in Purmerend, North Holland. She was a part of the Dutch Children's Theatre and won talent shows and competitions in her youth. Career From the age of 5 until 15, Lena participated in various children's theatre productions, and as a child she would often perform with her mother, who was also a singer and toured around the world. Often at the end of her mother's shows, Jennie would come out and sing 'Ben', accompanied by her mother on guitar. In 2007 she won ''Talent Night, Rotterdam''. Also around this time she performed in the United States at the Apollo Theater in Harlem, New York City, and performed several times in Asia. Purmerend
Purmerend () is a city and municipality in the west of the Netherlands, in the province of North Holland and in the region of West Friesland. The city is surrounded by polders, such as the Purmer, Beemster and the Wormer. The city became the trade center of the region but the population grew relatively slowly. ''The Voice'' is an international reality television singing competition franchise. It is based on the reality singing competition ''The Voice of Holland'', which was originally created by Dutch producer John de Mol and Dutch singer Roel van Velzen. It has become a rival to the '' Idols'' franchise, '' The Four'', '' Rising Star'' and ''The X Factor''. Up until 2020, the franchise was owned by Talpa Network. The current owner is ITV Studios. Originated in the Netherlands, many other countries adapted the format and began airing their own versions starting in 2010. Up till now, seven different versions of ''The Voice'' have been produced by countries/regions all around the world. The Jackson 5 (sometimes stylized as the Jackson 5ive, also known as the Jacksons) are an American pop band composed of members of the Jackson family. The group was founded in 1964 in Gary, Indiana, and for most of their career consisted of brothers Jackie, Tito, Jermaine, Marlon and Michael. They were managed by their father Joe Jackson. "Who's Lovin' You" is a Motown soul song, written in 1960 by William "Smokey" Robinson. The sixth season of the Dutch reality singing competition ''The Voice of Holland'' premiered on 25 September 2015 on RTL4. Martijn Krabbé, Wendy van Dijk, and Jamai Loman all returned, as did Marco Borsato and Ali B as coaches. However, the sixth season saw Trijntje Oosterhuis and Ilse DeLange replaced by Dutch singer-songwriters Anouk and Sanne Hans from the band Miss Montreal. This is the last season that Marco Borsato appeared as a coach on the show, as he announced on 13 November 2015 that he will not be returning for the next season. In his place, singer Waylon will serve as coach for Season 7. The season was won by Maan de Steenwinkel of Team Borsato, and this is Borsato's fourth time as winning coach. ''The Voice of Holland'', also known as ''TVOH'', is a Dutch reality TV singing competition, that became a near global TV format franchise, created by media tycoon John de Mol and musician Roel van Velzen, in the Netherlands airing on RTL 4. For the first nine seasons, The Voice of Holland was hosted by Martijn Krabbé and Wendy van Dijk. Starting from the tenth season (2019–2020), Wendy van Dijk was replaced by Chantal Janzen.
