Jeng Language
Oi (''Oy, Oey''; also known as The, Thang Ong, Sok) is an Austroasiatic dialect cluster of Attapeu Province, southern Laos. The dominant variety is Oy proper, with 11,000 speakers who are 80% monolinguals. The Jeng (Cheng) speak the same language but are ethnically distinct (Sidwell 2003). Speakers follow traditional religions. Jeng Jundian
Jeng Jundian (; born 1963) is a Taiwanese contemporary artist, known predominantly for his large scale portraits and landscapes painted by layers of colorful lines; He is associated with color lines painting. He currently lives and works in Taiwan. Biography Jeng Jundian was born on Kinmen island, experiencing there a tense military situation during most of his childhood. He moved to Taiwan at the age of 19 and graduated from Taiwan National University of Arts in 1987, a prominent member of the acclaimed First Promotion of that university. Among his teachers and mentors were art critic, director and photographer Chen Tsun-shing (陳傳興), painter and former director of the Kuandu Museum of Art Chu Teh-i (曲德義). Sra Kacaw (born 16 December 1956) is an Amis Taiwanese politician also known by the name Jeng Tian-tsair (). Early life Sra Kacaw, an Amis, was born in Hualien County and studied law at National Taiwan University. Political career Sra Kacaw has served as vice minister of the Council of Indigenous Peoples. He was elected to the Legislative Yuan in January 2012 as a representative of the Lowland Aborigine district, and was reelected in 2016. Shortly after taking office for his first term, Sra Kacaw joined residents of Xiulin, Hualien to protest Taipower's construction of a well and nuclear waste storage site in the area. He coauthored an amendment to the Mountain Slope Conservation and Utilization Act in 2012 that led to criticism from many aboriginal rights groups. Alhaji Jeng
Alhaji Jeng (born 13 December 1981) is a Swedish pole vaulter. Jeng came to Sweden when he was just 3 months old, but retained his Gambian citizenship until he was 18 years old, when he applied for and was granted Swedish citizenship. He currently has the Gambian national record at 5.30 metres, set before his Swedish citizenship. For Sweden he won the silver medal at the 2006 IAAF World Indoor Championships he has also won 5 Swedish championships in athletics. He previously held the Swedish national indoor record at 5.81 metres. His outdoor personal best is 5.80 metres, achieved in June 2006 in Zhukovskiy. This places him fourth on the Swedish all-time list, behind Armand Duplantis and Oscar Janson and Patrik Kristiansson and equal to Martin Eriksson.
