Jeisson Vargas
Jeisson Andrés Vargas Salazar (born 15 September 1997) is a Chilean professional footballer who plays as an attacking midfielder for Huachipato. Club career Vargas made his debut at UC playing the last 15 minutes against Universidad de Concepcion in San Carlos de Apoquindo in 2014. In January 2018, Vargas signed with Montreal Impact in MLS. In 2023, he joined Qatari club Al-Rayyan on loan from Universidad de Chile on a deal for six months. In 2024, he joined Huachipato, then the Chilean champions. International career Along with Chile U20, he won the L'Alcúdia Tournament in 2015. Vargas was named in Chile's provisional squad for Copa América Centenario but was cut from the final squad. Recoleta is a communes of Chile, commune of Chile located in the north of Santiago Province, Chile, Santiago Province. It belongs to the Santiago Metropolitan Region which is the capital and seat of the executive branch. The Copa América Centenario ( pt, Copa América Centenário, french: Coupe Amerique Centennaire, en, Centennial Cup America; literally ''Centennial America Cup'') was an international men's association football tournament that was hosted by the United States in 2016. The Supercopa de Chile (''Supercup of Chile'') is an annual one-match football (soccer), football official competition in Chile organised by the Asociación Nacional de Fútbol Profesional (ANFP). This competition serves as the season opener and is played between the Chilean Primera División, Campeonato Nacional Champions and the winners of the Copa Chile of the previous season.
