Jeff Stevens (baseball)
Jeffrey Allen Stevens (born September 5, 1983) is an American retired professional baseball pitcher who is currently an area scout for the Baltimore Orioles of Major League Baseball. During his active career, he worked in 33 MLB games pitched, all in relief, for the 2009–2011 Chicago Cubs. He threw and batted right-handed, stood tall and weighed . Early life Stevens was born in Berkeley, California. He graduated from Campolindo High School in Moraga, California. College Stevens started, and relieved at Loyola Marymount College in Los Angeles, California from 2003-05. While at LMU, Stevens recorded back-to-back All-Conference honors in 2004 and 2005. Over his three-year stint as an LMU Lion, Stevens recorded a 14-10 record with a 4.43 ERA in 64 appearances, 30 of them starts. Dayton Dragons
The Dayton Dragons are a Minor League Baseball team of the Midwest League and the High-A affiliate of the Cincinnati Reds. They are located in Dayton, Ohio, and play their home games at Day Air Ballpark, formerly known as Fifth Third Field. In 2011, they broke the record for most consecutive sellouts by a professional sports team, selling out their 815th consecutive game, breaking the record formerly held by the Portland Trail Blazers. Billings Mustangs
The Billings Mustangs are an independent baseball team of the Pioneer League, which is not affiliated with Major League Baseball (MLB) but is an MLB Partner League. They are located in Billings, Montana, and have played their home games at Dehler Park since 2008. The team previously played at Cobb Field. In baseball (hardball or softball), a starting pitcher or starter is the first pitcher in the game for each team. A pitcher is credited with a game started if they throw the first pitch to the opponent's first batter of a game. Moraga, California
Moraga is a town in Contra Costa County, California, in the San Francisco Bay Area. The town is named in honor of Joaquín Moraga, member of the famed Californio family. As of 2020, Moraga had a total population of 16,870 people. Moraga is the home of Saint Mary's College of California.
