Jeffrey J. Rowland (born May 22, 1974) is the author and artist responsible for ''#Wigu, Wigu'' and ''#Overcompensating, Overcompensating'', two popular webcomics. Originally from Locust Grove, Oklahoma, Locust Grove, Oklahoma, Rowland now lives in Easthampton, Massachusetts, where he continues to work on the two projects, while running TopatoCo, a company which sells merchandise based on his and other artists' comics. Jeff Rowland (born June 18, 1984 in Albuquerque, New Mexico) is an America former soccer forward and soccer coach who serves as an assistant coach for the University of Notre Dame. Youth Rowland attended La Cueva High School where he played on the boys soccer team. He missed his senior season with a knee injury and was not recruited by any major colleges. In 2002, he entered the University of New Mexico, making the Lobos soccer team as a walk on. He finished the season with three goals in ten games, earning a roster spot for the next season. Rowland led the Lobos in scoring the next three seasons, being selected as a 2004 and 2005 first team All American.
