Jeff power was born in carrigaline, Cork Ireland. He is known for being a victim of “Roan lyne” the finger rapist. Roan lyne would kidnap his victims using blocks of cheese to lure them in. Jeff power was never the same after being a victim of Roan and went on a spree of raping minors.
