Jeffrey Michael Miller (born September 14, 1963) is an American politician who served in the California State Assembly. A small business owner, he served 8 years as both the Mayor and a City Councilman in the City of Corona. Education Miller graduated from Foothill High School. He received his bachelor's degree from Cal State Fullerton in 1985. Political career In 2000, he was elected to the Corona City Council, where his legislative priorities were to keep the economy growing, the budget balanced, the community safe, and reduce regional traffic. As a member of the Riverside County Transportation Commission, he worked on the Riverside/Orange Corridor Authority. Miller served as chairman of the Riverside County Republican Party from 2006 to 2008. Jefferson Bingham Miller (born June 27, 1959) is an American politician who served as the U.S. representative for from 2001 to 2017. A member of the Republican Party, his district included all of Escambia County, Santa Rosa County, Okaloosa County, Walton County, Holmes County and Washington County. Early life, education, and career Miller was born in St. Petersburg, Florida. After graduating from Bronson High School in 1977, he served for one year under the National FFA Organization as Florida state Secretary. Miller went on to receive a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Florida in 1984. He was a real estate broker and a deputy sheriff before taking public office. Jeffrey Andrew Miller (born November 9, 1962) is an attorney and politician from Cleveland, Tennessee. From 1994 until 2006, Miller was a Republican member of the Tennessee Senate. Biography Miller received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Tennessee in 1985, and in 1987 graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Law. Jeff Miller is a zine publisher and writer. He began writing in 1996 with an Ottawa zine called ''Otaku'', which later changed its name to ''Ghost Pine'' following his move to Montreal in 1999. It has sold nearly 10,000 copies, which is relatively high for underground publishing in Canada. He writes largely about punk and other sub-cultures. The best of his works were compiled into a book, ''Ghost Pine: All Stories True'' by Invisible Publishing in 2010. It was on the ''Montreal Gazettes top-10 bestseller's list for three weeks, and won the Best Book category at Montreal's 2010 Expozine Alternative Press Awards. Miller was born and grew up in Ottawa, where he began writing on the hardcore punk scene in the mid-90s.
