Jeff Louder
Jeff Louder (born December 8, 1977) is an American former professional road racing cyclist, who rode professionally between 2000 and 2014 for the , , and teams. Originally from Salt Lake City, Utah, Louder won the 2008 Tour of Utah, and took part in the 2010 Giro d'Italia. At the 2014 Tour of Utah Louder announced that he would be retiring from the sport at the end of the season. 2010 Tour De Romandie
The 2010 Tour de Romandie (64th Edition) cycling road race started on 27 April and finished on 2 May in Switzerland. It was the 6th event in the 2010 UCI ProTour, and the 13th event in the World Calendar. The race winner had been declared as Alejandro Valverde, who won the final stage to take the race by 11 seconds. However, some four weeks after the end of the race the UCI placed Valverde under a two-year suspension for his involvement in the 2006 Operación Puerto doping case, which was backdated to, and involved removal of all his results since, 1 January 2010. Simon Špilak was thus promoted to winner of the event. Pre-Race Favourites 2010 pre-race favourites included 2009 champion, Roman Kreuziger of as well as teammate Ivan Basso. The 2011 Tour of Utah was the eighth edition of the Tour of Utah. For the first time, the race was included on the UCI America Tour, with a classification of 2.1. 2010 Tour Of Utah
The 2010 Tour of Utah was the seventh edition of the Tour of Utah. It was held August 17-22, 2010. The race was distinguished by the decision of the organizers prior to the race to submit the 2011 edition of the race for addition to the UCI America Tour, upgrading it from national status to international status. Although UCI Pro Tour team were not allowed to compete in the race, Levi Leipheimer of Team RadioShack, who had just won the Leadville Trail 100 MTB mountain-bike race in Colorado, raced as the sole member of a team sponsored by Lance Armstrong's Austin bicycle shop, Mellow Johnny's, and won the overall title. Consistent with its self-proclaimed title of "America's toughest stage race", only 71 of the original 140 starters finished the race. United States National Road Race Championships
The United States National Professional Road Race Championships began in 1985. They are run by the governing body, USA Cycling. Until 2006 the race was open to all nationalities, the first American to finish being named the winner and given a distinctive jersey. Since the championship in Greenville, South Carolina, in 2006, all riders have had to be American. Before 1985, only the amateur champions were named. From 1921 to 1964, the Amateur Bicycle League of America (ABLA) National Championships were held as an omnium of track-style events for Men, Women, and Juniors, rather than as a road race. 2007 Tour De Georgia
The 2007 Tour de Georgia was a seven-stage road bicycle racing, professional bicycle race held from April 16 through April 22, 2007 across the state of Georgia (U.S. state), Georgia and into Tennessee. The race was part of the 2007 USA Cycling Professional Tour, 2007 USA Cycling Pro Tour. The race was the highest ranked event of the 2006–2007 UCI America Tour. The 2007 race began in Peachtree City, and crossed parts of north Georgia, including climbing stages that went to Lookout Mountain, Tennessee and Brasstown Bald, the highest point of elevation in Georgia. Tour Of Missouri
The Tour of Missouri was a professional road bicycle racing stage race in Missouri that started on September 11, 2007 with six days of racing. The organizers, who also run the Tour de Georgia and the Amgen Tour of California, billed it as the third highest profile race in the United States. The 2009 Tour of Missouri took place September 7–13, 2009 as part of 2008-2009 UCI America Tour and the 2009 USA Cycling Professional Tour. Missouri state officials intended to support the Tour for three years, with the intention of making it an annual event. However, the 2009 Tour was almost canceled when its funds were provisionally cut from the state's tourism budget. Funds were restored when breach-of-contract fees to teams threatened to total more than the $1.5 million that it would cost the state to finance the race.
