Jeffrey Paul Fulchino (born November 26, 1979) is an American former professional baseball pitcher. Career Florida Marlins Fulchino played one Major League Baseball game with the Florida Marlins in . His major league debut was on June 22, 2006, against the Baltimore Orioles. He pitched 1/3 of an inning and allowed 0 runs with one walk. The Atlantic League of Professional Baseball (ALPB) is a professional independent baseball league based in the United States. It is an official MLB Partner League based in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeastern United States.
