Jeff Frazier
Jeffrey Michael Frazier (born August 10, 1982) is an American former professional baseball outfielder who played with the Detroit Tigers of Major League Baseball in 2010. Career Amateur career Frazier played on Toms River, New Jersey, little league teams that made the 1995 Little League World Series and 1996 Junior League World Series. He attended Toms River High School South, where he was named ''The Star-Ledger''s state player of the year in 2001. Frazier attended Rutgers University and played for the Rutgers Scarlet Knights baseball team. In 2003, he played collegiate summer baseball with the Chatham A's of the Cape Cod Baseball League and was named a league all-star. Minor leagues The Detroit Tigers selected Frazier in the third round of the 2004 Major League Baseball draft. In 2007, he was traded to the Seattle Mariners for Yorman Bazardo. Outfielder
An outfielder is a person playing in one of the three defensive positions in baseball or softball, farthest from the batter. These defenders are the left fielder, the center fielder, and the right fielder. As an outfielder, their duty is to catch fly balls and ground balls then to return them to the infield for the out or before the runner advances, if there are any runners on the bases. As an outfielder, they normally play behind the six players located in the field. By convention, each of the nine defensive positions in baseball is numbered. The outfield positions are 7 (left field), 8 (center field) and 9 (right field). These numbers are shorthand designations useful in baseball scorekeeping and are not necessarily the same as the squad numbers worn on player uniforms. Chatham A's
The Chatham Anglers, more commonly referred to as the Chatham A's and formerly the Chatham Athletics, are a collegiate summer baseball team based in Chatham, Massachusetts. The team is a member of the Cape Cod Baseball League (CCBL) and plays in the league's East Division. Chatham plays its home games at historic Veteran's Field, the team's home since 1923, in the town of Chatham on the Lower Cape. The A's have been operated by the non-profit Chatham Athletic Association since 1963. Todd Brian Frazier (born February 12, 1986), nicknamed "The Toddfather", is an American former professional baseball third baseman. He played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Cincinnati Reds, Chicago White Sox, New York Yankees, Texas Rangers, New York Mets, and Pittsburgh Pirates. The Iowa Cubs are a Minor League Baseball team of the International League and the Triple-A (baseball), Triple-A affiliate of the Chicago Cubs. Toledo Mud Hens
The Toledo Mud Hens are a Minor League Baseball team of the International League and the Triple-A affiliate of the Detroit Tigers. They are located in Toledo, Ohio, and play their home games at Fifth Third Field. A Mud Hens team has played in Toledo for most seasons since 1896, including a 50-year history as a member of the now defunct American Association. The current franchise was established in 1965. They joined Triple-A East in 2021, but this was renamed the International League in 2022. The Reynosa Broncos (''los Broncos de Reynosa'') were a Mexican team that played in the Adolfo Lopez Mateos stadium in the city of Reynosa, Tamaulipas. The Broncos de Reynosa played in the Liga Mexicana de Beisbol and it was part of the Zona Norte division. Yorman Michael Bazardo Osorio (born July 11, 1984) is a Venezuelan former professional baseball pitcher. He played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Florida Marlins, Detroit Tigers and Houston Astros. Career Florida Marlins Growing up, Bazardo played in Venezuelan youth leagues, where one of his competitors was future teammate (on two different MLB clubs) Miguel Cabrera. Bazardo got his break in 2000, when the Florida Marlins signed him as an undrafted free agent.
