''Star Wars: Jedi vs. Sith'' is a six-part ''Star Wars'' comic series which was released in a trade paperback graphic novel format. It was created by Ramon F. Bachs, Raul Fernandez and Darko Macan. It was published by Dark Horse Comics (and by Titan Books in Britain). Creation The events depicted are set in the ''Star Wars'' expanded universe about 1000 years before the prequel films. Darko Macan
Darko Macan (born 1966) is a Croatian writer and illustrator who has created and collaborated on comics, essays and science fiction and fantasy. He is also an editor. Biography Born in Zagreb, where he still lives, he has a degree in history and archeology from the University of Zagreb. He has drawn and written many comic books, mostly in Croatian, but in 1993 he broke into the American comics industry when he and fellow Croatian artist Edvin Biuković submitted their work to Dark Horse Comics. He has also done '' Donald Duck'' and '' Mickey Mouse'' for Disney comics. He was nominated for the Eisner Award twice (''Grendel Tales: Devils and Deaths'' and ''Prayer to Sun''). Darth Bane
Darth Bane is a fictional character in the '' Star Wars'' franchise. He was created by George Lucas, within the ''Star Wars'' canon where he is first mentioned in a deleted scene from '' Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace'', where Bane is an ancient Sith Lord who lived a thousand years before the films, and is known for being the originator of the "Rule of Two" that the Sith Lords follow, which establishes: "One master and one apprentice can be the only Sith in the galaxy at a time", which still remains as his backstory. Jedi (), Jedi Knights, or collectively the Jedi Order are the main heroic protagonists of many works of the '' Star Wars'' franchise. ''Star Wars Tales'' is a comic book series published by Dark Horse Comics, beginning on September 29, 1999, and completing its run on July 13, 2005.
