Jeddah International School (also known as JIS) is an American-accredited School (grades KG - 12) located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. It is accredited by the Middle States Association and Cognia, making it one of the few schools in the area to receive such accreditation. The school has two sections based on language preference, consisting of American English and French. Arabic is also taught. It has over 2,000 students. The Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools (Middle States Association or MSA) was a voluntary, peer-based, non-profit association that performed peer evaluation and regional accreditation of public and private schools in the Mid-Atlantic United States and certain foreign institutions of American origin.
