The Jeannine Rainbolt College of Education is the education unit of the University of Oklahoma in Norman. Norman () is the third-largest city in the U.S. state of Oklahoma, with a population of 128,097 as of 2021. William Bennett Bizzell (October 14, 1876 – May 13, 1944) was the president of three American higher education institutions. He was the fifth president of the University of Oklahoma, the president of Agricultural and Mechanical College of Texas (now Texas A&M University), and the president of the College of Industrial Arts (now Texas Woman's University).
