Jean Rosset
Jean Rosset (31 October 1937 – 3 December 2021) was a French sculptor. Biography Rosset was born into a modest, agricultural family and entered the workforce at age 14. In 1962, he took drawing and painting classes and was introduced to the carving knife, which he used in his sculptures. From 19 January to 5 March 1978, he took part in the exhibition "Les Singuliers de l'art" at the Musée d'Art Moderne de Paris. In 1985, he was present at the festival "Octobre des arts" at Lyon–Saint-Exupéry Airport. In 2003, he exhibited "Têtes de bois, sculptures de Jean Rosset" at the . He took part in the "Biennale hors normes" three times: in 2007 at the , in 2015 at Lumière University Lyon 2, and in 2017 at . In 2012 and 2013, he participated in the festival "Hors les normes" in Praz-sur-Arly. In 2019, he exhibited at "Le bois", organized by the in Vence and in La Buissière. Saint-Quentin-Fallavier is a commune in the Isère department, and the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, in southeastern France. Geography Saint-Quentin Fallavier is located in Isère, at the boundary of the department of Rhône, along the A43 of Lyon-Grenoble-Chambéry, respectively at from Lyon and, from Grenoble. The city is backed by a series of hills, the beginnings of the Prealps. Lyon–Saint-Exupéry Airport is away. The Musée d'art contemporain de Lyon is a museum devoted to contemporary art, located in the 6th arrondissement of Lyon, in the Cité Internationale, next to the cinema, in front of the Parc de la Tête d'Or. It had over 42,000 visitors in 2007. History The decision to create the museum occurred in 1983 and was organized in 1984, but at the time it was housed in the Museum of Fine Arts of Lyon and was named Musée Saint-Pierre art contemporain. Belledonne
Belledonne (french: link=no, La chaine de Belledonne, ) is a mountain range (french: link=no, massif) in the Dauphiné Alps (part of the French Alps) in southeast France. The southern end of the range forms the eastern wall of the mountains that surround the city of Grenoble.
