Jašar Ahmedovski ( Macedonian and Serbian Cyrillic: Јашар Ахмедовски; born 22 December 1964) is a Serbian and Macedonian folk singer. Prilep
Prilep ( mk, Прилеп ) is the fourth-largest city in North Macedonia. It has a population of 66,246 and is known as "the city under Marko's Towers" because of its proximity to the towers of Prince Marko. Name The name of Prilep appeared first as ''Πρίλαπος''. The old fortress was attached to the rocky hilltop, and its name means “stuck” ''on the rocks'' in Old Church Slavonic. It was mentioned by John Skylitzes in relation with Samuel of Bulgaria, who died here in 1014. Ipče Ahmedovski
Ipče Ahmedovski ( Macedonian and Serbian Cyrillic: Ипче Ахмедовски; 6 January 1966 – 30 July 1994) was a popular Serbian and Macedonian folk singer. A younger brother of the 1980s folk singer Jašar Ahmedovski, Ipče frequently sung in his father's kafana before he eventually moved to Belgrade to launch his professional singing career. He recorded his first album ''Bila si devojčica godina mojih'' in 1986 with the orchestra of composers Rade Vučković and Tomica Miljić. Later, he recorded several albums with another Serbian composer Novica Urošević Novica Urošević ( sr-cyr, Новица Урошевић; 1945 – 11 November 2009) was a Serbian folk singer and composer. Južni Vetar ( sr-Cyrl, Јужни Ветар, "South Wind") is a Bosnian-Serbian music band famous for recording with many famous folk, pop-folk and turbo-folk singers from Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. The band was founded by Miodrag M. Ilić (nickname Mile Bas), an experienced musician from Leskovac, a town in southern Serbia (hence the name "Southern Wind"). Its members consisted of Miodrag M. Ilić as the bass guitarist, Sava Bojić as lead guitarist and Perica Zdravković for keyboard, while its singers included Dragana Mirković, Šemsa Suljaković, Kemal Malovčić, Sinan Sakić and Mile Kitić. The band's golden age lasted from 1982 until 1991, when the beginning of Yugoslav Wars forced the members to split.
