Javier Nicolás Hernández Gutiérrez (born 1 August 1961) known as Chícharo, is a Mexican former professional footballer who played as a midfielder. Club career Hernández played at club level for Tecos, Club Puebla and Morelia. the season 1986-87 and lately went back to the team in 1993–94 season to get the championship. Javier Hernández Balcázar (; born 1 June 1988), commonly known by the nickname Chicharito (, Mexican Spanish: ''little pea''), is a Mexican professional footballer who plays as a striker for Major League Soccer club LA Galaxy. He is known for his clinical finishing along with his pace and technical ability and is widely considered to be amongst the greatest Mexican players of all time. Hernández began his senior club career at age 18 in 2006, playing for Guadalajara, where he won the Primera División. The 1954 FIFA World Cup was the fifth edition of the FIFA World Cup, the quadrennial international football tournament for senior men's national teams of the nations affiliated to FIFA. It was held in Switzerland from 16 June to 4 July. Switzerland was selected as the host country in July 1946. At the tournament several all-time records for goal-scoring were set, including the highest average number of goals scored per game.
