Jason Euell
Jason Joseph Euell (born 6 February 1977) is a former professional association football, footballer who played as either a Forward (association football), forward or a midfielder. He spent much of his career playing in the Premier League, with all but one season between 1995 and 2007 in the top flight – firstly with Wimbledon F.C, Wimbledon, where he spent six years, including one season in the First Division, then Charlton Athletic for five years, before a season with Middlesbrough F.C., Middlesbrough. He then dropped to the second tier of football in England, initially with Southampton F.C., Southampton, where he spent two years, before his move to Blackpool F.C., Blackpool in 2009, where he was part of the team which won promotion to the Premier League. In 2011, he rejoined Charlton Athletic – by now in EFL League One, League One – for a second spell and helped them win promotion to the Championship. Middlesbrough ( ) is a town on the southern bank of the River Tees in North Yorkshire, England. It is near the North York Moors national park. In sport, a cap is a player's appearance in a game at international level. The term dates from the practice in the United Kingdom of awarding a cap to every player in an international match of rugby football and association football. In the early days of football, the concept of each team wearing a set of matching shirts had not been universally adopted, so each side would distinguish itself from the other by wearing a specific sort of cap. An early illustration of the first international football match between Scotland and England in 1872 shows the Scottish players wearing cowls, and the English wearing a variety of school caps. 1999–2000 FA Premier League
The 1999–2000 FA Premier League (known as the FA Carling Premiership for sponsorship reasons) was the eighth season of the FA Premier League, and Manchester United secured their sixth Premiership title. Like the previous season, they lost only three league games all season. Unlike in 1998–99 season, they won by a comfortable margin – 18 points as opposed to a single point. Their only disappointment of the season came when they lost their defence of the European Cup following a 3–2 defeat against Real Madrid in the quarter finals.
