Yaroslav Yosypovych Melnyk ( uk, Ярослав Йосипович Мельник, lt, Jaroslavas Melnikas; born 6 February 1959) is a Ukrainian and Lithuanian novelist, philosopher, and literary critic. The settlement was first founded in 1861 as the village of Kenneberg ( uk, Кеннеберг). It was renamed to its current name "Smyha" in 1928, and it acquired the status of an urban-type settlement in 1980.

Actes Sud
Actes Sud is a French publishing house based in Arles. It was founded in 1978 by author Hubert Nyssen. By 2013, the company, then headed by Nyssen's daughter, Françoise Nyssen, had an annual turnover of 60 million euros and 60 staff members. History ACTeS was situated in Paradou, a village in the Vallée des Baux. Sects
A sect is a subgroup of a religious, political, or philosophical belief system, usually an offshoot of a larger group. Although the term was originally a classification for religious separated groups, it can now refer to any organization that breaks away from a larger one to follow a different set of rules and principles.
