Shannon Lee Lawson (born July 12, 1973) is an American country music artist and songwriter. Lawson was originally signed to MCA Nashville Records, which released his debut album ''Chase the Sun'' in 2002. It produced two minor chart singles on the ''Billboard'' Hot Country Singles & Tracks (now Hot Country Songs) charts, including the No. 28-peaking "Goodbye on a Bad Day". Two years later, he was signed to Equity Music Group, a label owned by singer Clint Black. The Tractors
The Tractors were an American country rock band composed of a loosely associated group of musicians headed by guitarist Steve Ripley. The original lineup consisted of Steve Ripley (lead vocals, guitar), Ron Getman (guitar, Dobro, mandolin, tenor vocals), Walt Richmond (keyboards, piano, bass vocals), Casey van Beek (bass guitar, baritone vocals), and Jamie Oldaker (drums). Under the band's original lineup, they signed to Arista Nashville in 1994, releasing their self-titled debut album that year; the album only produced one Top 40 hit on the ''Billboard'' country charts. Malcolm Holcombe (born September 2, 1955, in Asheville, North Carolina) is a singer, songwriter, and performer. Biography Early history Holcombe was born in Asheville, N.C. and raised in Weaverville, N.C. in his teen years, he played in local bands The Hilltoppers and Redwing, and later performed solo as a singer-songwriter. After high school, Holcombe attended college and tech school, but quit to play music around the Southeast. He partnered with Ray Sisk and Dallas Taylor in a trio, and Holcombe and Sam Milner released the album ''Trademark'' in 1985. A Hundred Lies Holcombe moved to Nashville, Tennessee in 1990, working as a dishwasher and playing open mic shows. In 1996, Holcombe signed with Geffen Records. Willis Alan Ramsey (born 5 March 1951) is an American singer/songwriter, a cult legend among fans of Americana and Texas country. He was born in Birmingham, Alabama, and raised in Dallas, Texas. Ramsey graduated from Highland Park High School in 1969, and was a prominent baritone in the school's Lads and Lassies Choir. In his senior year, he played a leading role in the musical ''Carousel''.
