Japan National Route 395
is a Japanese national highway connecting the cities of Kuji and Ninohe. The highway begins at Kuji Interchange where it meets National Route 45, the Sanriku-kita Jūkan Road, and the Hachinohe-Kuji Expressway in Kuji. It travels northwest across the northeastern corner of Iwate Prefecture to Ninohe where it ends at an intersection with National Route 4. History What would become National Route 395 was originally established as the Kuji–Fukuoka Route, a major prefectural road, in 1954 by the Ministry of Construction, a predecessor to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism. was a village located in Kunohe District, Iwate Prefecture, Japan. The village of Ōno was created on April 1, 1889 within Kita-Kunohe District with the establishment of the municipality system. is a junction railway station in the city of Ninohe, Iwate, Japan, operated by JR East for the Tohoku Shinkansen and the third-sector railway operator Iwate Ginga Railway Company for local services. Lines Ninohe Station is served by the Tōhoku Shinkansen high-speed line from Tokyo to , and is 601.0 kilometers from the terminus of the line at Tokyo Station. Nagawa, Aomori
was a town located in Sannohe District in central Aomori Prefecture, Japan. On January 1, 2006 Nagawa was merged into the neighboring town of Nanbu, and thus it no longer exists as an independent municipality. was founded on April 1, 1889 from the merger of seven small hamlets, and neighboring was likewise formed from the merger of three small hamlets. was a town located in Kunohe District, Iwate Prefecture, Japan. The village of Taneichi was created on April 1, 1889 within Kita-Kunohe District with the establishment of the municipality system. Hachinohe Expressway
The is a 4-laned national expressway in the prefectures of Iwate and Aomori in the Tōhoku region of Japan. It is a spur of the Tōhoku Expressway, primarily serving the city of Hachinohe. Signed as E4A, it is owned and operated by East Nippon Expressway Company. Route description The expressway is officially referred to as the Tōhoku Jūkan Expressway Hachinohe Route. The route connects the city of Hachinohe with the Tōhoku Expressway in Iwate Prefecture. From the terminus at Hachinohe-kita Interchange, there are plans to extend the route northward to the terminus of the Aomori Expressway through a series of toll roads.
