is a major highway on the island of Honshū in Japan. It originates in Chiyoda, Tokyo and terminates in Numazu, Shizuoka. In and near Tokyo, it parallels the routes of the Dai-ichi Keihin, Dai-ni Keihin, and Tōmei Expressways, the Tōkyū Den-en-toshi Line, Odakyu Odawara Line, Gotemba Line, and other transportation systems. The , literally meaning New Tōmei, is a national expressway in Japan running parallel to the Tomei Expressway as an alternate route. It is operated by Central Nippon Expressway Company. The is a 4-laned toll road in Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. It is owned and managed by Central Nippon Expressway Company. Route description Officially the road is designated as National Route 271 as well as E85 under their "Expressway Numbering System." The entire road is built to a standard similar to that of an urban expressway and is classified as a road for (motor vehicles must have a displacement of at least 125 cc).
