Kiriko Takemura (Japanese: 竹村 桐子, born January 29, 1993), known professionally as Kyary Pamyu Pamyu (Hiragana: きゃりーぱみゅぱみゅ), is a Japanese tarento, singer, and model. Her public image is associated with Japan's ''kawaii'' and '' decora'' culture, centered in the Harajuku neighborhood of Tokyo. Background After completing promotions for her fourth studio album ''Japamyu'' in early 2019, Kyary Pamyu Pamyu's contract with Warner Music Japan expired, leaving her as an independent artist. is the first physical single (second overall) by Japanese producer and Capsule member Yasutaka Nakata, and as well as the 13th single by Japanese model-singer Kyary Pamyu Pamyu, released on January 18, 2017. The single was released in both CD and digital editions, also marking their first split single. It is also marked as the first collaboration single with British singer and songwriter Charli XCX. Both songs were used as promotion for two different events: the "Special DJ + Live Zepp Tour 2016: YSTK x KPP" and the "Asobinite!!!- Kyary Pamyu Pamyu Birthday Special: YSTK x KPP Club Edition". Background, production and release "Crazy Crazy" was composed by Nakata with lyrics by Charli XCX. Pamyu Pamyu had wanted to collaborate with an outside artist for some time. is the third studio album by Japanese singer Kyary Pamyu Pamyu, officially released on July 9, 2014. The album's official title is a portmanteau of the words "fantasy" and "person" (jin), as officially referenced to the album covers. The songs "Slowmo", from single " Yume no Hajima Ring Ring", and "Scanty Skimpy", from single " Family Party", were not included in the final track listing. is the 14th single by Japanese model-singer Kyary Pamyu Pamyu, released on April 5, 2017. The single was released in both CD and digital editions. The title "Ii suta" is a play in Japanese of the word Easter, in which the song is themed and "Ii suta" which means "It's Alright". Background "Ii suta" is used as the tie-in song for Aeon Department Store's ''Let's start Easter party!'' Campaign. It is the fourth holiday-themed single released by Kyary, announced after the release of Crazy Crazy and both will serve as official themes of certain commercials in Japan. It is also announced that the DVD of the "KPP 5iVE YEARS MONSTER WORLD TOUR 2016" concert in Nippon Budokan, which has some of the songs performed live at the concert would be released on the same day. It also comes bundled with special Virtual Reality glasses, although "system requirements" of the glasses was yet to be confirmed. The teaser for the song was released later on March 31, 2017.

Yasutaka Nakata
is a Japanese DJ and music producer. He formed the band Capsule in 1997 with vocalist Toshiko Koshijima and himself as composer and record producer when both were 17. The band debuted in 2001 with the song "Sakura". He is known for being the music producer of Japanese girl group Perfume and Japanese model-turned-singer Kyary Pamyu Pamyu since 2003 and 2011, respectively. These artists have gained commercial success for their songs that Nakata wrote and produced, such as " Chocolate Disco", "Polyrhythm", "Fashion Monster", and " Ninja Re Bang Bang".
