Jannat (2008 Film)
''Jannat'' () is a 2008 Indian Hindi-language romantic crime film directed by Kunal Deshmukh, and produced by Mukesh Bhatt. The film stars Emraan Hashmi opposite Sonal Chauhan in lead roles. It released on 16 May 2008 and was a huge success worldwide, receiving positive response from critics. Plot Arjun ( Emraan Hashmi) is a street-smart youngster with an obsession for making a quick buck. He has a chance meeting with a girl called Zoya (Sonal Chauhan) who's looking at an expensive ring inside a glass case. Arjun breaks the glass and retrieves the ring for which he is arrested. Kunal Deshmukh
Kunal Deshmukh is an Indian film director and restaurateur. He grew up in Mumbai, India. Early life and education After finishing his schooling at Arya Vidya Mandir, Bandra, Mumbai and junior college at Jai Hind, Churchgate, he took up an advertising course at H.R. College. Later, he went to the US for a short diploma course on filmmaking. During that trip he also explored the NY dining scene with his friend Rikhey, which resulted in him eventually entering the hospitality industry. He then met Mohit Suri through a common friend Sahil in Goa, who suggested that he join him in his next film, ''Zeher''. Vineet Kumar Singh (born 28 August 1978) is an Indian actor and writer known for his strong portrayal of an aspiring boxer Shravan Kumar Singh in Mukkabaaz (2018).
