Jani Haapamäki
Jani Haapamäki (born 15 May 1982 in Kauhajoki) is a Finnish wrestler (Greco-Roman). He won a gold medal at the 2009 European Wrestling Championships in Greco-Roman wrestling at the 55 kg event. Haapamäki represents the Kauhajoen Karhu (Eng. Kauhajoki Bears) sportsclub and is coached by wrestler Juha Virtanen. Career Haapamäki has been wrestling since 1987. In his junior years, he was coached by Hannu Vuorenmaa and Reijo Haaparanta. In 2004 Haapamäki started internationally as a senior. The bantamweight failed twice to qualify for the Olympic Games in Athens. At the European Championships in Haparanda in the same year, he unexpectedly finished fifth. In the following tournaments, however, he always occupied a place in the lower rankings. Artiom Kiouregkian ( el, Αρτιόμ Κιουρεγκιάν, born 9 September 1976) is an Armenian-born Greek wrestler. He won a bronze medal at the 2004 Summer Olympic Games in the Greco-Roman featherweight division. Biography Kyuregyan was born on 9 September 1976 in Leninakan (now Gyumri), Armenia. He took up Greco-Roman wrestling at the age of 6 years under Khachatur Vardanyan. From 1992 to 1999 he lived in Ulyanovsk, Russia, where he was trained at Dynamo club by Anatoly Vinnik. In 1997 he placed second at the Russian championships. In 1999 he moved to Greece, where he continued wrestling under the guidance of his cousin Arutika Rubenian. Yun Won-Chol ( or ; born July 3, 1989, in North Pyongan) is an amateur North Korean Greco-Roman wrestler, who competed in the men's featherweight category. Yun represented North Korea at the 2012 Summer Olympics in London, where he competed in the men's 55 kg class. He received a bye for the preliminary round of sixteen match, before losing to South Korea's Choi Gyu-Jin, who was able to score three points in two straight periods, leaving Yun without a single point. In 2013, Yun became the world champion after he defeated Choi in the final at Budapest. He competed for North Korea at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro in the 59 kg division. Hamid Sourian Reihanpour ( fa, حمید سوریان ریحانپور; born 24 August 1985) is a retired Iranian wrestler. He is widely regarded as one of the greatest Greco-Roman wrestlers of all time. Sourian is 2012 Summer Olympic games gold medalist and six-time World Champion. He won both the Junior World Championships and Senior World Championships in 2005. He is also 2007 and 2008 asian championships gold medalist.
