Jane Lumb
Jane Katherine Lumb (23 November 1942 – 8 February 2008) was an English fashion model and actress in the 1960s. She appeared in a series of advertisements for Fry's Turkish Delight. Background Lumb was born in Mytholmroyd, near Hebden Bridge, West Riding of Yorkshire. Her father was a mill owner. Lumb was educated at a private boarding school where her unruly behaviour tended to mask her academic ability. She passed 4 A levels at the age of 17 and won a place at Oxford University to read English, but never took this up, having attended a tutorial college for a year, from where she absconded with a medical student. In the 1970s Lumb took an English degree from the Open University. Mytholmroyd
Mytholmroyd (pronounced ) is a large village in the Upper Calder Valley in West Yorkshire, England, east of Hebden Bridge. It lies east of Burnley and west of Halifax. The village, which has a population of approximately 4,000 is in the Luddendenfoot Ward of Calderdale Council and forms part of the Hebden Royd parish. The village holds regular markets. Mytholmroyd has business parks and a high street in the centre with many independent shops. It now is a designated conservation area, with more than 21 listed buildings in the village. It is often known to locals as 'Royd'. Toponym Mytholmroyd was recorded in the 13th century as "Mithomrode" and in the 17th century as "Mitholmroide". Patricia Anne Boyd (born 17 March 1944) is an English model and photographer. She was one of the leading international models during the 1960s and, with Jean Shrimpton, epitomised the British female look of the era. Boyd married George Harrison in 1966, experiencing the height of the Beatles' popularity and sharing in their embrace of Indian spirituality. Helen Mary "Jenny" Boyd (born 8 November 1947) is an English former model, the younger sister of 1960s model and photographer Pattie Boyd (first wife of George Harrison). Joe Massot (1933 – April 4, 2002) was an American writer and film director who was known for the film '' Wonderwall'' (1968) which featured a soundtrack by George Harrison, and the Led Zeppelin concert film '' The Song Remains The Same'' (1976). The latter was not finished by Massot, being completed by Peter Clifton after the producer was unhappy with progress and removed Massot from the project. Massot's only other concert film was the 1980s ska film ''Dance Craze''.
