Janaki Ramudu
''Janaki Ramudu'' is a 1988 Indian Telugu-language film directed by K. Raghavendra Rao and produced by K. Murari under Yuva Chitra Arts. The film stars Nagarjuna, Vijayashanti and Jeevitha, with music composed by K. V. Mahadevan. It was dubbed into Tamil as ''Idhaya Devathai''. The film was influenced by '' Mooga Manasulu'' (1964). Plot The story deals with an eternal love story between Ramu (Nagarjuna) and Janaki (Vijayashanthi) in two different timelines. The film begins with a current timeline where Ramudu and Janaki are modern lovers who happen to visit a village. They start getting reminded of their past lives by reaching the place. Koduri Siva Shakthi Datta (born Koduri Subba Rao; 8 October 1932), is an Indian lyricist, screenwriter, and painter who works in Telugu cinema. He is known for writing Sanskrit-based song lyrics in Telugu films. He is the elder brother of screenwriter V. Vijayendra Prasad, father of music director M. M. Keeravani and the uncle of director S. Kurumaddali Lakshmi Narasimha Rao (7 August 1947 – 16 September 2012), better known by his stage name Suthi Velu, was an Indian actor and comedian known for his works in Telugu cinema. He has acted in more than 200 films, and won four state Nandi Awards. Early life Suthi Velu's father was a teacher. Sirivennela Seetharama Sastry (born Chembolu Seetharama Sastry; 20 May 1955 – 30 November 2021) was an Indian poet and lyricist known for his works in Telugu cinema and Telugu theatre. He acquired the stage name Sirivennela after writing the lyrics for K. Viswanath's directorial film of the same name in 1986.
