Jamia Al-Karam, ( ar, جامعة الکرم) is an Islamic institution Islamic Studies College located in Eaton in 30-acre premises. The Darul Uloom is managed by Muhammad Imdad Hussain Pirzada. History In 1995, Jamia Al-Karam moved to its current location in Retford, Nottinghamshire, where its foundar Shaykh Pirzada launched a new project, the Al-Karam Secondary School. This was a boarding school providing education up to GCSE level. The school had maintained level of education and results in a very fees which is affordable to many. It imparts teaching of English, Maths and Science. In addition to providing the subjects of Arabic Language, Islamic Studies, and Urdu. Nazir Ahmed, Baron Ahmed ( ur, , born 24 April 1957) is a former British Labour politician of Pakistani origin. He was appointed a life peer in 1998 by the Labour Government. Many of his political activities related to the Muslim community both in the UK and abroad. In 2013, he alleged a Jewish conspiracy for a prison sentence he received following a fatal motorway crash. He was suspended from, and later resigned from, the Labour Party. Dars-i Nizami is a study curriculum or system used in many Islamic institutions (madrassas) and Dar Ul Ulooms, which originated in the Indian subcontinent in the 18th century and can now also be found in parts of South Africa, Canada, the United States, the Caribbean and the UK. Alan Henning
Alan Henning (15 August 1967 – ) was an English taxicab driver-turned-volunteer humanitarian aid worker. He was the fourth Western hostage killed by Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) whose killing was publicised in a beheading video. Henning was captured during ISIL's occupation of the Syrian city of Al-Dana in December 2013. He was there helping provide humanitarian relief. The British Foreign Office withheld news of Henning's capture while it attempted to negotiate his release. Local colleagues warned Henning not to cross the border into Syria, but he said he wanted to make sure the supplies were delivered safely.
