James Clifford Howell (born 17 May 1967) is an English chess grandmaster and author. He earned his international master FIDE titles are awarded by the international chess governing body FIDE (''Fédération Internationale des Échecs'') for outstanding performance. Harrogate ( ) is a spa town and the administrative centre of the Borough of Harrogate in North Yorkshire, England. Batsford
Batsford is a village and civil parish in the Cotswold district of Gloucestershire, England. The village is about 1½ miles north-west of Moreton-in-Marsh.
