James Bradfield Moody
James Chin Moody (born James Bradfield Moody in 1976) is the CEO of Sendle, an Australian package delivery company he co-founded in 2014. Moody was previously Executive Director, Development at the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation. He was also a panel member on the ABC television show ''The New Inventors'' and co-author of ''The Sixth Wave: How to Succeed in a Resource-Limited World'' with Bianca Nogrady. Early life and education Moody attended high school at Brisbane Grammar School. After high school, Moody gained a Bachelor of Electrical and Electronic Systems Engineering and a Bachelor of Information Technology from the Queensland University of Technology. Random House is an American book publisher and the largest general-interest paperback publisher in the world. The company has several independently managed subsidiaries around the world. It is part of Penguin Random House, which is owned by German media conglomerate Bertelsmann. History Random House was founded in 1927 by Bennett Cerf and Donald Klopfer, two years after they acquired the Modern Library imprint from publisher Horace Liveright, which reprints classic works of literature. The National Australia Day Council (NADC) is a non-profit social enterprise owned by the Australian Government and is the national coordinating body for the Australian of the Year awards and Australia Day. It was established in 1979 and incorporated as a government-owned business in 1990. Australian Natives' Association was one of the chief promoters of Australia Day as a national holiday, and in 1946 formed an Australia Day Celebrations Committee in Melbourne to formalise its efforts. Similar bodies emerged in other states, and a Federal Australia Day Council (FADC) was formed to coordinate their efforts.
