Jamal Bhuyan
Jamal Harris Bhuyan ( bn, জামাল হ্যারিস ভূইয়া; born 10 April 1990) is a professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Bangladesh Premier League club Sheikh Russel KC. Born in Denmark, he represents as a captain in the Bangladesh national football team. Early life Jamal Bhuyan was born in the Danish town of Glostrup in 1990. He grew up in the suburb of Brøndby Nord. Bhuyan's parents migrated to Denmark from Bangladesh in the late 60s. At the age of 15, Jamal began playing for the Danish club Brøndby IF. He scored a goal in an important match against rivals F.C. Copenhagen. After the match, the coach of F.C. Copenhagen met him and offered him a place in the team. The I-League (known as Hero I-League for sponsorship ties with Hero MotoCorp) is the second-tier men's professional football competition of the Indian football league system. It is currently contested by 12 clubs across the country with the winners getting promotion to play in the premier division, the Indian Super League. The 2019 Sheikh Kamal International Club Cup, also known as ''Sheikh Kamal Gold Cup 2019'', was the 3rd edition of Sheikh Kamal International Club Cup, an international club football tournament hosted by the Chittagong Abahani in association with the Bangladesh Football Federation. This tournament will take place at the M. A. Aziz Stadium in the port city of Chittagong from 19 October to 30 October 2019.
