Jakar Michael Hamilton (born October 2, 1989) is a former American football safety in the National Football League (NFL) for the Dallas Cowboys. He played college football at South Carolina State University. Early years Hamilton attended Strom Thurmond High School in Johnston, South Carolina. As a senior, he scored 20 touchdowns, while helping his team win the Class AAA State Championship. He also practiced basketball. College career He enrolled at Georgia Military College in Milledgeville, Georgia. He was a starter, registering 88 tackles and 6 tacles. Safety is a position in gridiron football on the American football positions#Defense, defense. The safeties are defensive backs who line up ten to fifteen yards from the line of scrimmage. There are two variations of the position: the free safety and the strong safety. Their duties depend on the defensive scheme. Demetri Quarte Goodson (born June 11, 1989) is an American football executive and former cornerback. Michael Darryl Goodson Jr. (born May 23, 1987) is a former American football running back. He played college football at Texas A&M. Goodson was drafted by the Carolina Panthers in the fourth round of the 2009 NFL Draft. He also played for the Oakland Raiders and the New York Jets. In sports, the practice squad, also called the taxi squad or practice roster, is a group of players signed by a team but not part of their main roster. Frequently used in gridiron football, they serve as extra players during the team's practices, often as part of the scout team by emulating an upcoming opponent's play style.
