Jaime Riveros
Jaime Eduardo Riveros Valenzuela (, born 27 November 1970) is a Chilean former professional footballer who played as an attacking midfielder. Club career Background He began his career in 1992 at Rancagua side O'Higgins, near Quinta de Tilcoco, town where Riveros born. In his first full season was loaned to Deportes Santa Cruz on a season long deal. After impressing at second-tier club, he returned to O'Higgins the next season and break into Manuel Pellegrini starting lineup in 1993. In 1995, he joined Cobreloa, where played the Copa CONMEBOL in his first season, having a well performance because played all four games of his team for the contest, and scored two goals in the two leg matches against Ciclista Lima, first scoring his side's goal in the 1–4 away loss at Lima, for then score during the 7–2 thrash at Calama. Quinta de Tilcoco is a Chilean commune and city in Cachapoal Province, O'Higgins Region. Demographics According to the 2002 census of the National Statistics Institute, Quinta de Tilcoco spans an area of and has 11,380 inhabitants (5,811 men and 5,569 women). Copa CONMEBOL
The Copa CONMEBOL ( en, CONMEBOL Cup) was an annual football cup competition organized by CONMEBOL between 1992 and 1999 for South American football clubs. During its time of existence, it was a very prestigious South American club football contest, similar to the UEFA Cup. Clubs qualified for the competition based on their performance in their national leagues and cup competitions. Teams that were not able to qualify for the Copa Libertadores would play in this tournament. The tournament was played as a knockout cup. The tournament ended in 1999, following the expansion of the Copa Libertadores to 32 teams. The Copa Mercosur and Copa Merconorte, which both started in 1998, replaced the Copa CONMEBOL; both cups would later be merged in the current Copa Sudamericana. 2005 Copa Libertadores
The 2005 Copa Libertadores was the 46th edition of the Copa Libertadores. The champion also qualified for the 2005 FIFA Club World Championship. Jorge Luis Garcés Rojas (born 13 May 1954) is a Chilean football manager and former player who played as a midfielder. Manager Garcés was born in Talca. He started his managerial career in 1989 with RFC Arquennes. In 1992, he won the Primera B Championship with Provincial Osorno. Loa River
The Loa River (Spanish: Río Loa) is a U-shaped river in Chile's northern Antofagasta Region. At long, it is the country's longest river and the main watercourse in the Atacama Desert.
