Jaime Chapman
Jaime Chapman (born 17 March 2002) is an Australian rugby league footballer who plays as a centre for the Gold Coast Titans in the NRL Women's Premiership and the Tweed Heads Seagulls in the QRL Women's Premiership. Background Born in Sutherland, New South Wales, Chapman played her junior rugby league for the Kurnell Stingrays. She is of Indigenous Australian descent. Playing career In 2019, Chapman joined the Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks Tarsha Gale Cup side. On 21 June 2019, she started at for New South Wales under-18 in the inaugural women's under-18 State of Origin game against Queensland. Sutherland is a suburb in southern Sydney, in the state of New South Wales, Australia. Sutherland is located 26 kilometres south of the Sydney central business district and is the administrative centre for the local government area of the Sutherland Shire. The Sydney Roosters are an Australian professional Rugby league, Rugby League Football Club based in the Eastern Suburbs (Sydney) and parts of inner Sydney. The club competes in the National Rugby League (NRL) competition. The Rugby League Players Association is a representative organisation based in Australia. The RLPA, as it is more commonly referred to, is the representative body of elite rugby league players, protecting and promoting the welfare and interests of its members. 2022 NRL Women's Season
The 2022 NRLW Premiership was the fifth professional season of Women's rugby league in Australia. The season started on Saturday, 20 August and ran for seven weekends. This comprised five rounds, semi-finals for the top four teams, and a Grand Final that was played on Sunday 2 October as a curtain raiser to the 2022 men's Grand Final. This was the last season before the NRLW goes professional. Teams The Line-up of teams will remain the same as the postponed 2021 season (held from February to April in 2022). 2021 NRL Women's Season
The 2021 NRLW premiership was the fourth professional season of Women's rugby league in Australia. The season was planned to start in August 2021, postponed to October 2021 and further postponed to 2022 due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. The competition was held from February to April 2022, with the 2022 NRL Women's season later commencing in August 2022. New Zealand Māori Women's Rugby League Team
New Zealand Māori women’s rugby league team, also known as Wahine Toa, is a rugby league representative side made up of New Zealand Māori players. The side represents the New Zealand Māori Rugby league. The team has competed in international competition, including Test Matches and the 2003 World Cup. Since 2018 the team has competed in an annual All Stars match, against the Australian Indigenous women’s rugby league team.
