Jade Hatcher
Jade Hatcher (born 15 January 1990) is an Australian dancer. She competed as a professional dancer on multiple seasons of Australia's ''Dancing with the Stars'', winning in 2009. In 2017, she opened her own dance studio, Hatcher Dance. Early life Hatcher's parents Gary and Babette were professional dancers. Hatcher began dancing at her family's dance studio at age 3. Career Hatcher competed as in Latin and ballroom dance, starting in 2002. Her last Dancesport competition results were in December 2007. Hatcher joined Australia's ''Dancing with the Stars'' at age 19, making her the youngest professional dancer on the show. For the 2009 series, she was paired with country singer Adam Brand. Brand and Hatcher were the winners of the series. In 2011, she partnered professional surfer Mark Occhilupo for season 11. Occhilupo and Hatcher placed ninth in the competition. ''Dancing with the Stars'' is an Australian light entertainment reality show which originally aired on the Seven Network from 2004 to 2015 and on Network 10 from 2019 to 2020. When it was on the Seven Network, it was broadcast live from the HSV-7 studios (now Global Television studios) in Melbourne; on Network 10 it aired live from Disney Studios Australia in Sydney and Docklands Studios in Melbourne. The show is based on the British BBC Television series ''Strictly Come Dancing'' and is part of BBC Worldwide's international ''Dancing with the Stars'' franchise. Adam Brand (born 27 January 1970) is an Australian country singer-songwriter. Brand released his debut album in 1997. He has since released 14 studio albums and has won 12 Country Music Awards of Australia. Adam Brand has been voted ''CMC Oz Artist of the Year'' five consecutive years between 2007 – 2011. Early life Adam Brand was born on 27 January 1970 in Perth, Western Australia. Marco Jay Luciano "Mark" Occhilupo (born 16 June 1966) is an Australian surfer and winner of the 1999 ASP World title. Occhilupo, also known as "Occy", began his professional career in the World Championship Tour (WCT) at the age of 17. In September 2019, he made a brief return to the international surfing circuit and took part in the So Sri Lanka Pro 2019 tournament which also marked his first visit to the country. The thirteenth season of '' Dancing with the Stars Australia'' premiered live on 1 October 2013. Daniel MacPherson continued his role as main host of the show on Channel Seven. However, Melanie Brown had announced she wouldn't be returning for her second season as co-host, in order to pursue a judging role on '' America's Got Talent''. ''Sunrise'' weather presenter, Edwina Bartholomew permanently replaced Brown for this season. Todd McKenney and Helen Richey confirmed their returns as judges whilst, Joshua Horner resigned from the panel after two seasons. It was later revealed that two new judges will both replace Horner.
