Jacquie Armstrong
Jacquie Armstrong (born March 19, 1976) is a Canadian curler from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. She previously played lead for the Kelly Scott rink. Armstrong joined the rink in 2009, replacing Renee Simons. Prior to 2009, Armstrong played second for Jody Maskiewich. In total, Armstrong has played in seven provincial championships (2000, 2001, 2002, 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011) including two where she won with the Scott rink (2010 and 2011). At the 2010 Scotties Tournament of Hearts, the team finished in 4th place. At the 2003 Scott Tournament of Hearts she was an alternate for the Toni Fister B.C. rink, but did not play any games. Jacquie Beltrao (born Jacqueline Leavy on 21 April 1965 in Dublin) is a sports presenter on Sky News and a former Olympic gymnast. Early life and career Born in Dublin, Ireland, she grew up in Coventry, England. She studied sports science at Birmingham University, and represented Great Britain in rhythmic gymnastics at the 1984 Olympic Games in Los Angeles, placing 31st in the All-Around. She joined Sky News in 1992, where she first worked as a publicist before later becoming a sports reporter and presenter. Jacqueline Balmer (1957 – 17 June 2011), known professionally as Jacquie de Creed, was an English stuntwoman and presenter, and holder of the Long Distance Car Ramp Jump Record. During the 1980s she became famous in the United Kingdom for staging a series of spectacular car stunts. Along with her husband, de Creed was killed in an air crash while flying through dense fog en route from Italy to the French town of Troyes. Born Jacquie Wolfenden, she married naturalist Gerald Durrell and worked alongside him for many years. Jacquie Lyn (born Elizabeth Anne Mary Jacqueline Dufton; 3 September 1928 – 21 March 2002) was a British-born American child actress, who had a brief yet notable career in motion pictures. Career Lyn was born at 8 Sandfield Road, Croydon, Surrey (now in London). After making her debut appearance in the 1931 Fox Film Corporation film ''Wicked'', Lyn was cast by producer Hal Roach in his ''Our Gang'' comedies. Lyn was featured prominently in two 1932 ''Our Gang'' shorts, ''Free Wheeling'' ("Spanky, don't you think we are riding rather fast?") and ''Birthday Blues''.
